Interview Process:
All interviews for the 2025–2026 recruitment season will be conducted virtually to ensure a fair and equitable process for all candidates. If selected for an interview, you will receive detailed instructions to ensure a smooth and efficient interview process. Trinity Health Ann Arbor’s current benefit and salary information can be found here.
Interview invitations will begin being sent out on August 19th. Invitations will be distributed on Tuesdays and Fridays after 3:00 p.m. EDT to avoid interfering with applicants’ morning rounds.
Invited applicants can choose from a range of interview dates between September and October. Each interview day will begin with a program overview, followed by four 20-minute interviews with our faculty. These sessions are intended to be conversational and informative, with time for applicants to ask questions and learn more about our program’s structure, values, and opportunities. During the interview day, a virtual meet-and-greet will be held with current fellows. While this informal session is not part of the evaluation process, it provides a valuable chance to hear firsthand from our trainees about their educational, clinical, and personal experiences living and training in Ann Arbor.
