All interactions with Dr. Pinto were fantastic.However, there was something I found very offensive at the check out desk. I would like a phone call from someone to talk about this. It has to do with standards and ethics.
No other feedback, overall good+ experience. Further evaluation (MRIs) are needed for further prognosis.

He did a great job of explaining results of MRI and why a reverse shoulder operation would probably be the best option. Also explained why a CT scan would give more detailed information prior to surgery.
He made me feel comfortable and confident in his abilities.

Dr. Pinto was very pleasant to work with. He was very clear about next steps, restrictions and possible surgery results. Since it will be several weeks until I have surgery, it would have been great to be given any strategies besides restrictions to protect or improve my shoulder. There may not have been any, but we didn't have that conversation.
He didn't introduce himself, use my name, ask good questions, or suggest getting an ultrasound like the other doc I saw did. The exam was very superficial and brief.
