Dr Beekman is an outstanding physician. She takes time to explain words or concepts that I may not understand. She is compassionate and has such a wonderful, calming presence. No one wants cancer but I was really blessed to receive her as my primary oncologist. Over the 9 years I have never felt like I was rushed out of her office or inconsequential.
