Maybe personality clash as I felt talked down to. No real answers and didn’t hear my issues. Like never the chance to tell about my head and neck pain that’s been hurting. Anyways. Would want a different doctor for my old personality.

The doctor was very thorough by listening to me, asking me if I would be willing to be tested for Covid, RVS, etc. to help clear me for surgery. She also did what she promised by personally calling me with my negative results to reassure me that I was ok to proceed with this surgery.

Dr. Pierzchala was very friendly and went over everything in detail about my tests and listened to my concerns and was very helpful in helping me make the best decision for what is best for me and my health goals going forward. Even though she is not my primary doctor that didn't matter to her she treated me like I've been a patient of her's for years. I wouldn't hesitate to see her again.

I don't like the policy of setting an appointment time, then getting notifications to be there 15 mins before my Appointment. Which sort of makes it the appointment time. So that should just be the original time provided which is the time I adjust my life around.
